Shipping Coverage

We ship across India through our trusted courier partners DTDC and Delhivery. Orders can be delivered to all serviceable addresses within India.

Shipping Charges

India:
We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Order Processing Time

Our warehouse team starts processing orders at 10:00 AM IST, Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays. The warehouse is closed on Sundays.

We aim to dispatch eligible orders received by 6:30 PM IST on the same working day, subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, complete order details and courier pickup. Orders received later, or on a non-working day, are queued for the next working day.

Same-day dispatch is a processing target, not a delivery guarantee. Orders requiring clarification, stock confirmation or special handling may take longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination:

North Eastern States & Jammu and Kashmir
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

All Other Indian States
Estimated delivery time: 1–7 business days

Please note that larger or bulky items may take slightly longer to deliver due to restricted shipping methods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via automated WhatsApp message and SMS.

You can track your shipment using:

  • The tracking link provided in the message, or

  • Directly on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number.

Exchange and Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellation requests once an order has been processed.
