Returns Policy
1. 3-Day Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return policy on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 3 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
2. Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, is required.
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
3. How to Return an Item
- Request a Return: Contact our customer support team to request a return. You can either Call or WhatsApp us at 8826401682 or E-mail us at admin@cycletimeindia.com. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Use the provided return shipping label to send the package back to us. If you did not receive a return label, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange.
- If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the new item is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both sending the item back to us and for the original shipping cost of delivering the item to you.
- The refund or replacement will be processed after deducting the original shipping cost from the amount refunded.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
