At the heart of the Falath EXP Aero Road Bike is an integrated aerodynamic suspension design, strategically incorporated into the rear seat structure. This innovation optimises both aero efficiency and vibration damping without compromising performance.

Every Elves Falath EXP frame is crafted from high-tensile Japanese Toray T800 carbon fibre, reinforced with T1000 carbon in critical performance zones like the bottom bracket and head tube. This combination ensures:

We also use EPS and latex bladder moulding during manufacturing, resulting in a stronger, smoother, and more uniform internal frame structure — built to last and perform.

Created in collaboration with DSD Design House in Hong Kong and guided by customer insights, the 2025 Elves Falath EXP Aero Road Bike is available in seven modern colourways 

Warranty Period:-

Every Elves frame comes with a five-year frame warranty against materials and manufacturing defects as standard for the original owner, a one-year warranty on parts(BB,seatpost,handlebar,saddle,hanger,headsets), and a one-year cosmetic warranty on paint and decals. two-year  warranty on OROME carbon wheelsets.

Damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper assembly, rental, improper or insufficient maintenance, accident, impact, corrosion, use of aggressive cleaners, use with non-compatible components, improper repairs and wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.
