SHOES SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

If the shoes size does not fit, you can request a size exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Shoes must be unused and in original condition. They must not be worn, damaged, torn, cut, or have any signs of use.
Size exchange will be processed only after we receive the original pair of shoes back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned shoes, the replacement pair in the requested size will be shipped to you.
Return courier charges will be paid by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the courier charges when sending the shoes back to us.

Before returning the shoes, please share clear photos/videos showing the condition of the shoes. After shipping, please also share the courier tracking ID with us.

The shoes must be returned safely and in proper condition, preferably in the original packaging.
